The Eve # 21
This sculpture is not hewn from a single, monotonous block; it is a convergence of fragments. "The Eve # 21" tells the story of the multifaceted nature of the feminine soul. It implies that true beauty is not merely a smooth surface, but a complex mosaic of contrasting strengths brought together by the will of the Creator.
The Artist drew profound inspiration from the women of Ukraine. These are the modern Eves who stand shoulder to shoulder with men, defending their land. They embody a paradox that the wood captures perfectly: they are made of different spiritual textures—part nurturer, part warrior; soft as silk, yet hard as armor when their home is threatened.
The different grains of wood do not conflict; they support one another. They merge to form a silhouette of unbreakable grace. This Eve reminds us that a woman is never just one thing; she is a legion of emotions and roles, cemented together by Love and Courage.
