The Eve # 18
This sculpture captures the "Eternal Girl" that lives within every woman. "The Eve # 18" is the embodiment of pure, unadulterated Curiosity. She is the one who pokes her nose into trouble, experiments with life, and tests the patience of fate, simply because she must know what happens next.
There is a touch of cosmic humor in her creation. As the Second Human in the Universe, she has never quite forgiven the Creator for starting the party without her. She is convinced that the most interesting things happened just before she arrived, and she has spent eternity trying to catch up. She opens every door, eats every apple, and asks every question, driven by a playful fear of missing out.
As Oscar Wilde, a man who understood the complexity of the soul, once wittily remarked: "I can resist everything except temptation." This Eve does not struggle with temptation; she invites it in for tea just to see what it has to say. She is the joyful, chaotic spark that prevents Paradise from becoming boring.
